Located in a picturesque valley surrounded by mountains, Pension Sibiel is close to the famous Museum of Icons on Glass in Sibiel, offering comfortable accommodation and delicious traditional cuisine.

The guest house is isolated from the village, with a river and the forest nearby, which creates a unique peaceful environment. Many guests who visited the museum stayed at Pension Sibiel, enjoying the relaxing and cheerful atmosphere of the place.

The pretty rooms are decorated with hand-painted furniture and each one of them has a different colour. Balconies and modern bathrooms complement the equipment.


Food & beverage
The pretty and hospitable à la carte restaurant, which seats up to 90 people, is open between 08:30 and 22:00, serving traditional Transylvanian cuisine with German influences.

At the bar you can taste diverse local and international beverages, Tuica being one of the specialities - a very tasty alcoholic beverage made from plums.

If you wish to organise a meeting or an event, the restaurant can be at your disposal, providing a good sound system and the appropriate facilities.

Travel information
- When you are on the E68 at the entrance of Sacel village, the way to “Pensiunea Sibiel” is shown by a panel in the Orlat direction.
- After 1 km there is a sign to the right
- after approximately 3 minutes you arrive in the Sibiel village
- follow the river until you are in the front of the private bridge of the guest house. There are another 3 signs to guide you.
